Hey there I am Michelle Cooper and I draw...

From the time I could pick up a crayon I loved to draw. I have been freelancing as an illustrator for over 28 years, as myself, Artemis Creative and now under the new name of Quirky Studio.

My first official commision was in Zee Zee Magine back in the late 90's. Around that time I was also cutting my teeth in the graphic design industry using my illustration skills to create unique logos and business cards.

Since then I have worked in New Zealand and the UK developing those skills, learning new methods and working on many challenging and fun projects and even published a couple of childrens books.

Most of my clients are in the tourism, publishing and the signwriting industries but I like to create eye catching brands for new businesses and some of my most rewarding projects have been seeing those brands grow into their own.
